Design
Good design begins and ends with good communication.
The first step for any design project is determining exactly what it is you are trying to convey. Many times the answer to that question is self evident, but other times it can be difficult to focus on one or two key ideas. If you find yourself having to explain your business every time you hand out a marketing piece, we can help.
Typical Work Flow
Initial meeting with the client in Tidewater area to discuss goals and objectives of the project at no charge to the client.
A proposal outlining the scope of the services to be rendered will be provided before work is to begin. Proposals will cover in detail what services are to be provided and estimated costs of those services.
Depending on the size and type of work, projects may be billed hourly or on a project proposal basis.
To estimate a projects cost accurately, it is important to be as prepared as possible with the final written copy and have a clear intended purpose for the project.
For larger projects, proposals are divided into three parts and billed for each part. The three parts consist of the design phase, production phase and delivery.
Clients may view the design progress anytime from the production area of this web site.
All time spent on billable services is logged with time keeping software and made available at any point during the project for client review.
The client must provide finalized text and written material and may provide photographs and illustrations owned by client for graphic projects.
We can create custom illustrations and photography for any project and these services will be billed in addition to the design and layout fees.
Artwork/illustrations/photographs used from stock images may be chosen by the designer with client approval and charged to the client.
Communication between the client and designer can be by e-mail, phone, web and in person.
Client is always right and has final decision on all design.

Your secret weapon in the marketing battle.
